Our production facility supports high-performance rubber components across multiple processes: compression, transfer and injection moulding. This enables us to manufacture complex geometries, tight tolerances and high volumes reliably. We also support extrusion, calendaring and auxiliary processing to expand our product capability.

Complete Tooling, Prototyping & Validation
From concept to production: our engineering team collaborates on tool design, rapid prototyping and process validation. Ensuring that each mould, die and fixture meets the functional, manufacturing and quality goals before full volume manufacturing begins.

Post-Processing, Finishing & Surface Preparation
To meet demanding installation-ready needs, our operations include cryogenic deflashing, trimming, surface treatment and coating. These processes ensure that each component is delivered with consistent finish, accurate dimensioning and durability.

Quality Assurance & Automated Inspection
Our quality systems encompass physical and mechanical testing (hardness, tensile, compression set), rheometry, dimensional inspection, visual/automated inspection and ageing/ozone exposure tests. We apply lean manufacturing, statistical process control (SPC) and defect-prevention frameworks to deliver zero-defect performance.
